LabMax’s First Scientific Paper Written Outside Brazil Accepted in High Impact Factor Journal

Last October 12, the email entitled: Microwave and Optical Technology Letters – Decision on Manuscript ID MOP-19-0572.R1, was received in the mailboxes of Dr. Nurhayati of Negeri Surabaya University in Indonesia, Senior International Researcher from LabMax and Dr. Alexandre Maniçoba de Oliveira from LabMax Brasil. In the letter, mr. Chief Editor Wenquan Che of Microwave and Optical Technology Letters reported:

It is a pleasure to accept your manuscript entitled “Palm Tree Coplanar Vivaldi Antenna for Near Field Radar Application” for publication in Microwave and Optical Technology Letters.

First of all, it is worth remembering the beginning of this partnership with Dr. Nurhayati, which began through studies conducted via ResearchGate, when Dr. Nurhayati was still pursuing her doctorate almost five years ago. Since then, an intense scientific partnership has culminated in her joining LabMax, especially through the creation by Dr. Nurhayati of the coplanar version of Palm Tree.

Fabricated antenna: (a). R-AVA front view, (b) R-CVA front view, (c) R-CVA back view, (d) ESE- AVA front view, (e) ESE_CVA front view, (f) ESE-CVA back view.

With this scientific paper, accepted in a renowned scientific and international journal of the Microwave area, based on a research totally designed and conducted outside Brazil, marks for all of us the beginning of LabMax’s international academic career.

Thank you, Dr. Nurhayati, for being part of LabMax and for driving the worldwide Palm Tree antenna survey with us!
